This policy covers beco.works, our booking and Growth Map preparation pages, and related communications, including Growth Strategy Calls. In this policy, “BECO,” “we,” “us” and “our” mean HALVERSON BROTHERS LLC, doing business as BECO.AI. BECO.AI helps US home-improvement owners identify opportunities across marketing, sales and operations and provides done-for-you implementation under separate agreements.
Information we collect
- Contact and booking information: your name, email, phone number, business name, selected call time, calendar references and answers submitted when booking.
- Growth Map information: the website, services, market, goals, tools, systems, lead sources, sales process, revenue estimates, capacity and other business information you choose to provide. We save preparation answers as you go, including before final submission.
- Communications and preferences: messages, inquiry history, consent records and opt-out requests. With your permission, we also collect call audio or video, transcripts and meeting summaries.
- Public business information: information from your website, business listings, reviews and public social profiles used to research your Growth Map.
- Page and video measurements: page loads, random browser-tab identifiers, video starts, watched sections, playback position, completion, booking-button clicks and Snapshot start/submission events. This measures attention and where viewing appears to stop.
- Device and visit information: IP address, browser and device information, page visits, timestamps, referring pages, cookies, campaign parameters and interactions such as clicking to book or completing a booking.
Please provide business totals rather than individual customer records. Do not submit passwords, Social Security numbers, payment-card or bank-account details, health information, or information about other people that you are not authorized to share.
How we use information
- Respond to inquiries; schedule, prepare for, confirm and follow up on calls.
- Research your business, prepare your Growth Map and explain recommended next steps.
- Provide requested services and maintain records of our work and communications, including using permitted call recordings, transcripts and summaries to document your needs and prepare recommendations.
- Operate and secure our systems, troubleshoot errors and prevent misuse.
- Measure and improve our website and advertising, including advertising audiences where enabled and consistent with your choices.
- Send marketing communications where permitted and consistent with your choices.
- Meet legal obligations and retain evidence of consent and opt-outs.
Providers, AI and disclosures
We use providers to support the services you use. They receive information needed for their role. The provider categories include:
- Booking, customer records and messaging: HighLevel/LeadConnector and its communication providers. Calendly may retain information from earlier bookings.
- Hosting and infrastructure: Vercel and Railway.
- AI-assisted preparation: OpenAI and the meeting or transcription tools used with your permission.
- Meetings, calendars and email: calendar, video-call, recording and email providers, including Google services and Resend where enabled.
- Advertising: Meta, as explained in the tracking section below.
AI-assisted preparation may process the business information you submit and permitted meeting content to organize research, summarize discussions and draft findings. Your Growth Map is reviewed with you by a founder; AI output may contain errors and should be checked against your actual business information.
Meta receives advertising and website-event information as described below. Some providers also process information for their own purposes under their privacy policies. A link to another website or your use of a provider’s service is subject to that provider’s practices. We may disclose information when required by law, to address fraud or security threats, to protect legal rights, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable protections.
Call recordings and messages
Call recordings and transcripts
With your permission, we record or transcribe Growth Strategy Calls, including through AI meeting tools. Recordings can include your voice, image, screen content and information discussed. We use recordings, transcripts and summaries to understand your business, prepare recommendations and maintain a record of our work. Recording or transcription is disclosed when we request your permission. Reading this policy or booking a call is not, by itself, permission to record.
Tell us before or during the call if you do not want recording or transcription, or want it stopped. Contact us to request access to or deletion of existing meeting records, subject to applicable legal exceptions. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information or customer records during a recorded call.
Text messages
Providing a phone number, booking a call or using this website does not by itself enroll you in promotional texts. When you separately opt in to texts from HALVERSON BROTHERS LLC (BECO.AI), we use that permission for the message categories described at opt-in. These may include inquiry replies, appointment reminders and confirmations. Promotional texts require their own permission where required by law.
- SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. You may receive a final message confirming your opt-out.
- For help, call (920) 956-7233 or email hello@beco.works.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile information is never shared for marketing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
Our website uses browser storage to support the booking and preparation journey, including maintaining your preparation session and avoiding duplicate booking events. Scheduling embeds and other providers may use their own cookies or similar technologies.
BECO’s own page/video analytics use random page and browser-tab identifiers. They do not include your name, email, phone number, Snapshot answers, private preparation link, full page URL or raw referring URL in the analytics event payload. Random identifiers distinguish sessions; they are not a guarantee of anonymity. Our web servers and hosting providers still receive network information needed to handle requests. This analytics tool does not record a screen replay or the content you type. Business Snapshot answers are saved separately as described above. Counts shown to our team and marketing agents are grouped by business, page, video and reporting period.
Optional BECO analytics and Meta advertising are off until you allow the relevant category. We remember your selection in this browser, including an earlier explicit preference you saved. Browser privacy signals keep both optional categories off. Where enabled, the Meta Pixel sends visit and event information to Meta, including page views and booking interactions, along with device, browser, cookie and network identifiers. This supports campaign measurement, optimization and advertising audiences. Meta may associate this information with your Meta account and use it under its own policies. We do not send your Growth Map answers or SMS consent records as advertising-event payloads.
We do not rent or trade contact lists. However, advertising disclosures may qualify as a “sale,” “sharing” or targeted advertising under some state privacy laws even without a cash payment. The mobile-information restrictions above still apply.
You can also manage cookies and storage in your browser and advertising preferences through Meta’s privacy information and your Meta account settings. Blocking cookies or provider scripts may affect some site features. These settings may not stop every kind of data collection. Use Cookie preferences in the page footer to change analytics and advertising choices at any time. Essential storage remains available. Choices are saved in this browser; clearing storage or changing browsers can reset them. If browser storage is unavailable, optional tracking stays off. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. Turning a category off stops future optional collection; it does not delete information already received. Contact us using the details below for other privacy requests or an opt-out linked to information you have already provided.
Retention and security
Our active page/video analytics database uses a 90-day retention window from the page visit or video start. Older records are removed during routine database cleanup. Backup copies and hosting/security logs have separate retention schedules.
For booking, preparation, communications, recordings, transcripts and other records, retention depends on the purpose of the record, our relationship with you, legal requirements and dispute or security needs. Booking and preparation records are not automatically deleted when a preparation link expires. Consent and suppression records may need to be retained to document permissions and prevent unwanted messages.
We use administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. No website, transmission or storage system is completely secure. Please keep private booking and Business Snapshot links confidential and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. If a security incident requires notice under applicable law, we will provide that notice as required.
Requests and privacy rights
You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to ask about its use. Depending on where you live and whether the applicable law covers our business, you may also have rights to obtain a copy, opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising, restrict certain uses, or appeal a denied request.
Email hello@beco.works with your request. For access, correction or deletion requests, we may need information to verify your identity or an authorized agent’s authority. You do not need an account to submit a request. Please do not email an ID document or sensitive information unless we request it through an appropriate process. Using Cookie preferences does not require identity verification. We will respond as required by applicable law, explain any applicable exceptions, and will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising your rights. To appeal a decision where that right applies, reply to our response asking for an appeal. You may also contact the privacy regulator or attorney general for your state. Nothing in this policy limits rights that applicable law does not allow us to waive.
For texts, reply STOP. For marketing emails, use the unsubscribe option or contact us. Essential records and legally required communications may be retained even after an opt-out.
If your information was provided to us by a business client as part of services we perform for that business, direct your request to that business first. Our processing in that situation is subject to its instructions and our agreement. You can contact us for help identifying the appropriate business.
Children and geographic scope
Our services are intended for US business owners and authorized representatives age 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted information. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate.
Policy updates
We will post revisions here and update the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain new consent. A policy revision does not expand an existing SMS or recording permission. We will not use a policy update alone to authorize a materially different use of previously collected information where new consent is required.
